Start with the work, not the setup
Type a project name and you have a board with lanes, ready for the first task. There is no workflow designer to fill in, no fields to define and no permission scheme to approve before your team can start.
Lanes are yours to shape. Rename, add, reorder or remove them until the board matches how your team really works. “Planned, On site, Shipped” works just as well as “To do, Doing, Done”.
Try it first. The board on the home page is a live demo. Drag a card, press N to add a task, or hold Ctrl over a card. No account needed.
Scrum, your way
AllScrum gives you the parts of Scrum that help a team ship, and lets you skip the rest.
Sprints when you want them
Plan work in time boxes and follow progress on a burndown chart. Or don’t: every project works as a plain board from the start.
A backlog that stays tidy
Keep future work in the backlog and rank it before planning a sprint. Board lanes can also hold tasks outside a sprint.
Epics across sprints
Group related tasks around a larger goal and follow task and story point progress, including archived work.
Story points per lane
Give tasks points and see them add up per lane, so you know how much is left without a separate report.
Checklists and blockers
Break a task into steps, and mark what it is waiting on so nobody starts it too early.
An assistant that knows your board
Open Ask AI on any project and ask what you would otherwise ask a teammate. It reads the board, the sprint, the backlog and the comments, and answers in a few sentences with links to the tasks it means.
Ask about progress
“How is the sprint going?”, “What is overdue or blocked?”, “Which tasks were finished in the last 24 hours?” Straight answers, no report to build.
Find what was said
Forgot where someone said “looks good”? It searches comments and descriptions, archived tasks included, even when the comment is in another language.
Brainstorm and get advice
Ask for ideas, or which five features to build next. It weighs value, effort and priority, and says why for each pick.
Draft tasks and lanes
Ask it to add tasks or a lane and it prepares them, with type, priority and assignee. Nothing is created until you tick what you want and confirm.
Your chats are saved, so you can pick one up later from the history, and each answer shows the tokens it took. Every account has a monthly allowance, and your board data only goes to AI providers that don’t store it or train on it.
Connect your tools
Use Claude, ChatGPT or another compatible assistant to look up work, create tasks and plan sprints through the MCP server. Sign in to AllScrum, choose read-only or read and write access, and disconnect the app at any time in your settings. Your assistant’s plan and workspace settings determine whether custom connections are available. See how to connect your assistant.
For scripts and integrations, the REST API covers projects, tasks, epics, sprints, comments and more. Personal API keys have their own permissions, expiry and optional IP restrictions. Changes use your existing project access and appear in the activity history.
Fast for the people who use it every day
A tool you open fifty times a day should not slow you down. Every task gets a short key like WEB-12 that you can say out loud or paste in chat, and the things you do most have a shortcut.
- N
- Add a task to the first lane, from anywhere on the board.
- Ctrl K
- Jump to any task, project or workspace.
- Hold Ctrl
- Point at a card to change its type, flag, assign, set a priority, archive or delete it without opening it.
- /
- Filter the board.
On a Mac, use ⌘ instead of Ctrl. Made a mistake? Archiving, deleting and other changes come with an Undo button, and the activity history keeps track of who changed what.
Wherever your team is
Everyone on a project sees the same board, live. Move a card and your teammates see it move.
- On your phone. Install AllScrum on your home screen for bottom navigation, swipeable lanes and full-screen tasks.
- Offline. Projects you have opened stay available without a connection, and your changes sync when you are back online.
- In the loop. Mention someone in a comment and they get a notification, including push notifications on their devices.
- Reminders. Set a due date or ask for a reminder, and get a nudge before something slips.
Grows with your team
Start with one project. When there is more to organize, AllScrum has room for it without changing how the board works.
- Workspaces group projects per customer, product or department.
- Teams get access to a project or a whole workspace at once, so you don’t invite people one by one.
- Organizations add roles for who manages members, teams and workspaces.
- Read-only share links show a board to a client or stakeholder without giving them an account. You choose the lanes and details they see, and they can leave feedback that lands in its own Feedback tab.
- Notes per project, team or workspace keep decisions next to the work they belong to.
- Incident postmortem reviews give the team a shared report, incident timeline and observations after an outage, with corrective tasks linked to the meeting. See the workflow and template.
- Meetings keep the notes, attendees and action points of every meeting with the project, and the tasks that came out of them.
Move in, and out, freely
Switching tools shouldn’t mean retyping your backlog. AllScrum imports your projects from Jira Cloud, Trello, Asana and Zoho Projects: connect with a token or upload an export, pick which projects come along, and choose which lane each status goes to. Tasks arrive with their descriptions, comments, priorities, due dates and assignees, and subtasks stay linked to their parent.
And if you ever want to leave, owners and admins can export a project or a whole workspace to CSV (for spreadsheets and most other tools) or JSON (everything, including comments, checklists, sprints, notes and meetings) at any time.
Safe by default
Sign in with an email address and password, a passkey, or your Google, GitHub or Microsoft account. Turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app for extra protection. Share links are read-only, expire when you want them to, and never show names, email addresses or your team’s comments.
Is AllScrum right for your team?
We would rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one, so here is an honest take. For a side-by-side look, see how AllScrum compares with Jira, Trello, Asana and Zoho Projects.
A good fit if you
- Want the team working on a board today, not after a setup project
- Run sprints, or want to start simple and add them later
- Like keyboard shortcuts and a fast, quiet interface
- Work from phones as much as from laptops
Maybe not if you need
- Gantt charts or long-range project planning
- Time tracking and timesheets
- Custom fields and workflows with approval steps
- Deep task trees (subtasks go one level deep, and are optional next to checklists)
